Our Story

 

Cyrus Saffron started with one idea: grow the world’s most valuable spice using pure American farming.
For more than a decade, our family has cultivated saffron crocus flowers in Washington’s ideal climate — mineral-rich soil, clean mountain water, and cold winters that strengthen the bulbs.

What began as a small experiment is now a thriving local farm supplying premium saffron to homes, chefs, and markets across the U.S.
